Find and select the "Settings" icon on the left of the main menu. The number at the bottom right corner of the screen is your MAC address. Select "Settings" on the "Connect Status" screen. If it isn’t, you won’t be able to complete all the steps.
Double-check that Origin is fully closed. If Origin is running, close it by clicking Origin in the menu bar then Exit. Find EA and click the downward arrow to expand.
